To make your products more personal, you can send any combination of components; colours; and letters, numbers, symbols, and spaces to form a name, a word or sentence. We ask you to avoid using inappropriate expressions, because BH Bikes reserves the right to eliminate any inadequate word as well as the use of commercial brands. Likewise, we recall that certain characters are not compatible with our system.
We dearly ask you to abstain from using, uploading, sending, copying or publicizing in any other way or requesting the inclusion, in your personalized products, of names words or phrases included in any of the following categories:
1. Product names, services, companies, organizations or events that belong to third parties;
2. Names or nicknames of famous persons, (alive or dead);
3. Names, words or phrases that infringe or can infringe the rights of third parties, including but not limited to brands or other intellectual property rights of third parties;
4. Names, symbols or phrases that constitute threats, incite to violence, are defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, provocative, sexually explicit or are illegal in any other way.
BH Bikes reserves the right to reject any name, word or phrase (or combination of the same) included in any of the previous categories, and that are unacceptable in any other way by BH Bikes, which could provoke the cancellation of your order. Likewise, BH Bikes has the right to reclaim compensation for damages and harm equivalent to the values of the requested articles.
Inasmuch as the order includes Personalised Products manufactured or adapted in accord to the specifications of the client, you will not have any period for reflection, right to revocation, right to return or right to desist (section 6,20 p, section f, subsection 1 of the Dutch Civil Code and art. 103 of Law 3/2014 of 26 March which modifies the re-written text of the General Law for Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).
